Is the clear front bra (to protect the paint on the front end) that folks here are so fond of a dealer available option, or something added aftermarket?

    Thanks,

I had the dealership do it for me. Cost me $200. I got the lower half of the hood, the side mirrors, and the corners in front (don't know the tech term for this region) done. No hassle. Very easy. So far it's been great.

As you see, Ken, the answer is Yes. If the dealer doesn't install the clear film paint protection, or wants too much for it (Tripp got a good deal), you can get it installed aftermarket. The Prius' aerodynamic shape seems to suck gravel to it, the paint protection is worth it to keep your car looking good.
