when I turn with braking there is a clicking noise in the front I checked the c/v joints they are tight no tears in the boots. I am wondering if it could be something with the anti lock brakes. any suggestions would be great ..thanks

    Welcome to PC.
Things to check are:- loose wheel nuts, and rust on the rotors particularly on the inside face "the area you cannot easily see".

I hear that clicking noise in turns from time to time, mainly when going slowly. I note that it is also dependent on whether I am accelerating or braking. It happens when the CV joint is unloaded, i.e. no torque across the joint. I won't worry about it for now. I've had the wheels off looking, like BP says, but all is well there.
