Four weeks ago the coolant transfer pump was replaced under warranty. 30 minutes after picking it up came the MIL and "Hybrid!" warning on the MFD. Back to the dealer. They claimed that a firmware update done years before had to be repeated (!) and sent me on my way. They didn't quite get all of the air out of the engine cooling system.

Saturday the alarming symptoms repeated. This time the dealer decides that the inverter coolant pump is failing and replaces it under warranty. The age and symptoms are consistent with recent stories here, so I have reason to hope :_> I can't think of any reasonable way that replacing the transfer pump would affect the inverter pump, so it must indeed have been a co-incidence?
