I made some measurements about current usage in our 2007 for various combinations of power state and electrical options.

In the first table, since there was only one multimeter first all the voltages (Vpre) for combinations were measured (AC on when fan was on), then the currents (Amps), then the voltages (Vpost) were measured again (AC off when fan was on), top to bottom in the order shown in the table. That is, down the Vpre column, then down the Amps column, then down the Vpost column.

State Option Vpre Amps Vpost Comments
    1 OFF NA 12.68 0.02 12.64
2 ACC none 12.35 2.40 12.42 dropped slowly to 12.35 then held steady
    3 IG-ON none 12.08 9.06 12.15
    4 IG-ON fan 1 12.04 10.21 12.10
    5 IG-ON fan 2 12.02 11.35 12.06
    6 IG-ON fan 3 11.98 13.14 12.01
    7 IG-ON fan 4 11.91 16.05 11.93
    8 IG-ON fan 5 11.83 19.36 11.84
    9 IG-ON fan 6 11.81 20.63 11.80
    10 IG-ON fan 7 11.81 20.42 11.78

In the second table measurements were made immediately after all of those for the first table. Only one voltage measurement was made: Vpost.

State Option Vpre Amps Vpost Comments
    1 OFF Running Lights NA 2.93 12.27
    2 OFF Low Beams NA 11.20 11.96
3 OFF Hi Beams NA NA NA
    4 ACC Running Lights NA 5.47 12.20
    5 ACC Low Beams NA 13.74 11.93
6 ACC Hi Beams NA NA NA
    7 IG-ON Running Lights NA 10.56 12.05
    8 IG-ON Low Beams NA 18.72 11.83
    9 IG-ON Hi Beams NA 20.18 11.78

Note 1. Toggling the AC on/off at any given fan speed did not make a significant change to either the current or the voltage. Measurements were varying by around .01 with or without the change. (This makes sense since the AC compressor runs directly off the HV Battery.)

Note 2. 12V battery was 4 year old Toyota OEM. Voltage and Current were measured with a UT210E clamp multimeter. Headlights are halogen. All doors were closed and the hatch was open but with a carabiner in the slot so that it appeared closed to the car. Front windows were all the way down, rear seat windows were up.

Note 3. Battery temperature was initially 37.3C but once the hatch opened it would have started to cool. Measurements were completed in about 5 minutes, so the rest of the car should have been at approximately the same temperature for all measurements.

Note 4. If these measurements were repeated there would be some variation due to changes in the ambient temperature and the state of the battery (SOC, SOH, and age).
