custom wallpaper for 12 prius touch screen radio

    I did not get the nav and backup camera on my car.
    Is there a way I can change the screen from the manufactures wallpaper, that displays even when the unit is "off" to something cooler?
    I did do a search but there was nothing on my car about it.
