Dash Brightness - Only 2 Options?

    Just noticed a few weeks ago that I now only have two different brightness options on my dashboard (speedometer, etc) that are basically "Medium" brightness and "High" brightness. The dimmer used to range from off and progressively brighter, but no longer. Any idea what might be going on here?
