    Greetings,
My '07 Prius runs fine, etc, with no problems. Just now I find it will not respond or "light up". None of the 3 duplicate keys I have works. I'm stumped.
    Ideas, anyone?

Does it work when you insert the key fob in the slot? Have you checked the SKS disable button under the steering wheel? That is a common mistake.

the fob comes apart.. i'm making a video for you since i couldn't find one on youtube...

putting it in the dash will power the car.. the mechanical key opens the door.. there is a 2032.. or .. i think that's it... a 2032 battery inside... i'm not sure if it's still called a 2032 though
