Ok; so I'm pre-registered, and I don't live in a launch state and got a referral from a friend who bought a 2009 Prius from a Va. Beach dealer who he liked.

I talked with the dealer on the phone about the ordering process for the plug-in and I ended up having to tell them the url for the plug-in on the toyota.com page and get them to go over the ordering faq with me.

Um, Is Toyota going to get a little dealer education out there so the order process goes smoothly?

    Thanks,
    Bill

The training was made available to them on Friday. It will take a little time for all the associates to get spun up on it. That said, if you find a dealer that doesn't know what's going on, then you have every right to find another one.

Ok Thanks for the quick reply.

Looking forward to a smooth order and delivery.
