Dealer has our 3 generations of Prius w/ family photo on their website

    Tuesday, June 2, 2009 - we participated in a photo and video shoot at Avondale Toyota which featured my family and all three generations of Prius that we've owned.

    This would make a better commercial than the flowering kids and sun-towing. But, you may need to break down and put on that tie. Start looking for an agent right now. And remember us little people here on Pchat.
    Seriously, would make a good local print ad for your dealer.

    Seriously, I considered it, but didn't want to out dress my family. Kids don't have "formal wear". That and in the high 90˚F's - we wanted to be comfortable as we were out there for a couple of hours.

    Great picture Rick definitely one to remember!

    You also have a great dealer to actually get involved enough to do that. My dealer I think gets annoyed at me for actually knowing about my car and getting involved in the whole Prius thing. He just wants people to come in, buy and leave. Then come back and give him more money for maintenance and/or repair work.

    I can seriously say this is one of the best dealers I've dealt with thus far. Dianne's store would be the other.

    This dealer does no TV or news paper advertising. Over 50% of their business is word of mouth and/or repeat buyers. I'm beginning to see why.

    Again congrats on your new Pri. Looking at the closeup Pearl cote pixs especailly the one taken at dusk the color is more Silver than White. I'm really leaning toward this color and trying to convince myself its not a White :).

    I'm wondering if this is going to be a popular color even though its an added cost option.

    Rick, I whole-heartedly agree with your support of Avodale Toyota. I picked up my P III this morning from Avondale Toyota. Since my wife is out of town, Chuck drove 45 minutes to pick me up. Actually, it was very enjoyable having the chance to get to know him and talk about Prii and Toyota in general.

    Since this is my first Prius, he took the time to explain its operation. (Even though I've spent hours on this forum, actually operating the vehicle is a different matter.)

    Knowing that I was in a rush to get back to my office, Chuck handled all the paperwork as well.

    It was by far, the friendliest, smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced.:rockon::cheer2:

    PS - Great pics of the family! Let's get together for lunch. Although, it can't be verified, I may be the second person in Arizona to take delivery of an '10 Prius. No matter, I couldn't be more pleased.

    very cool pic you should have had the cars lined up left to right, oldest to newest with family in front, oldest to youngest. that would have been cool as well. then you could toss a tag line

    I suggested that, however the photographers wanted the 2010 centered and sticking out from the rest. Not a bad way to set them up. I did the oldest to newest in my own photos.
