While taking apart the side panels of our prius, we discovered some spots where it appears mold is growing. We picked up some Spray Nine, hoping it would be a good way to deal with the problem. After reviewing the instructions, it seems that we are not supposed to simply spray it on and let it dry. Do you have any suggestions for another product that might work for this application?

Lots of people recommend white vinegar mixed with water. It stinks, but does the job. Arguably less unpleasant would be Lysol Mold and Mildew Remover.

Try googling "how to kill mold in a car." Tons of hits!!
