I have been researching the glass manufacturer for rear door glass because decals don't stay stuck to the inside.
    Maybe it is PPG?

PPG stands for Pittsburg Plate Glass, a manufacturer of glass products. What kind of "decals" are you tying to stick, on the interior? of the car? A few more details are in order.

As KK6PD has stated just what are you trying to do? Your cars windows were all made in Japan by Nippon Sheet Glass Co. Ltd. If you look in the the lower bottom rear corners of each window you will find the manufacturers proof mark etched there. That will tell you who made it the type of glass material, and will usually also display safety certification data markings.
