Delta Peak and other Charge/Discharge Settings Questions

I'm reconditioning a three year old battery because it seems to have one bad module. I have a Vemon ProQuad Charger. I want to do this as quickly as I can while not damaging modules.
1. What is the max discharge and charge rates (in amps) that I can use? (currently using 1A/3A)
2. What minimum voltage should I set? (currently set to 6V)
3. Do I need to watch for a maximum voltage to not exceed? (one has exceeded 9V)
4. What delta peak setting is optimal for my use of a faster process that will reliably detect that delta peak? (The default is 5mv but I can increase it quite a bit.)
