That ford truck must surley be a joke.... wow what an ugly beast!

I sure hope disel solves the polution problem. Modern disels are very nise and quiet to drive. And since it's simpler technology they will cost as much as a gasoline engine.

I also liked the 4 wheel drive electric motor concept. I'm hoping they will come out (again) with a true EV car for city living. Give me 50 miles range and a few hours to charge and I'll buy one to commute in and use my Prius for longer rides (or even better put in a tiny gasoline engine in it so that I can make it home should the batteries die).

With the success Toyota has with the Prius and the love affair with disel in Europe we should see some interesting technology come out. Especially if the U.S starts doubting the hummer....

It's got to be the ugliest thing I've seen come from Detroit in quite a while (slide 19). Most of the cars in the photo gallery are beautiful though.

I found the comments under the pictures sort of funny, whatever he said was nice I thought was not! Ohh and he didn't spell Nissan Murano correctly :)

Doesn't murano stand for two things?

good version: something to do with italy, glass painting?

bad version: it means tiny little village in japanese or sth

One of the local stations was interviewing some of the models and they said that that comment about do they come with the car is the one that they hear the most. Very common. The truck is ugly as it can be. I'd be worried about the guys responsible for it if they weren't saying by now 'yeah, all right, I admit it's pretty ugly.'
