    I always accepted blame as the toenail czar even though I had a hunch that I didn't start it. After some sleuthing this weekend, I finally tracked down the truth!!!

    On Thursday, April 29th, Dianne, almighty empress and spokesbabe for Atkins laid down the first toenail edict on the following post.
