    did you live in Michigan?
    buy a prius there in 2008, Spartan.


    did you recently trade in your 2008 prius in Illinois?


    I recently purchased a one owner 2008 prius, with only one "key" I was hoping to see if I could find the original owner and see if he or she still has the other one.

    Good luck in your search! I didn't even think about doing this when I bought mine last year lol.

    The good news, it's easy to program a new one following the steps in this thread. How to Program a New Key Fob for Full SKS Functionality | PriusChat

    Just make sure you buy a brand new one from a dealer online. I got mine on Amazon but the seller was Daytona Toyota. Used ones cannot be easily reprogrammed.
