    I generally play DDR. "Jogged" 4.1km's today. It doesn't log all the info since I don't keep my memory card in there but otherwise it is pretty accurate.

    Biked today. I am trying to do a better job adding more biking days to the jogging.

    Hey I saw a guy on a weird bike yesterday, it was like an elliptical ski machine on bicycle wheels. If I see him again I will try to see brand name.

    it's the same walk everyday. down along the river, watching the wildlife. goose families right now, hoping the swans are mating. it's a brisk walk tho!
