Disable DRL for Classic

Hi all, I've read that there's a mod to disable DRL, can someone post the information again since it is no longer available?

Please let's not turn this into a discussion about whether DRL is safe or not. I really would like the option to disable DRL because Prius DRL is too bright (almost same level as headlights) and I have forgotten to turn on my lights a few times. I know it is kind of my fault, but I want to be able to choose when to use DRL instead being on all the time.
