Does PHV transaxle require ICE spinning for lubrication?

    Hi all

    Having had my 4 days experience here in Pt, I did notice some ICE spinning during EV.
    Does it really has to do with the transaxle oil pumping to lubricate parts?
    Or does the PHEV transaxle is somehow changed?
