Hey. I'll use this as my intro too. I'm from St. louis, just joined on here. I'll give a short story and ask a few questions.

Over the past month, it's been interesting. It was maybe 45 days ago I owned a Bronco, a Rio, a GT, and an Escort. I was in an accident, spent the past month in hospitols, rehabs and such. Sold the GT since I needed a couple dollars to live off, along with selling the Bronco to my dad. The Rio was what I was in the accident with, it was about half the size it was, lol. I still have the Escort, but it has a fried distributer and who wants to drive a shit ugly car thats two decades old everywhere?

Sorry about dragging that out. Just trying to get a quick intro in there too. What I'm getting down to is little stuff about the 06 Prius. I looked a bit and couldn't find the wheel bolt patterns for the new Prius. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for 4x100mm or 4x114mm.. I'd have a nice set of rims for one, lol. I've been snooping around this page for the past week with out registering and havn't seen many issues. I've herd many bad stories about these cars. I've read and herd from a person that acually owns one that they are good cars. I'd plan on buying this new and running it till it dies. Would this generally be economical? I'd also ask while I'm posting, what are the odds for a St. Louis guy to get a baseline Prius with in a respectable time line? I don't mind waiting, I have a car to drive. I havn't seen any info on how long I might wait though. I'm going to add one thing to rule out a possible responce, I can't just go to the dealership and ask. It's aginst the law and I've been caught before. I'm not supposed to be driving, drinking, and all kinds of stuff I didn't remember.
To ask some different questions, since I'm going to try and get a baseline type car how hard would it be to remove the interior other then the dashboard and such? I'd really like to. What I did with the Rio I acually gutted the car, busted out the fiberglass and paint, put together a decent 10,000watt system for a bit of entertainment. My plan for the Prius would be to take everything out, renforce and sound dampen the body and return the interior. I'm just looking to add in good sterio equipment, not to acually mod the car itself. I might go with lexan windows along with the good sound dampening. Those are two small mod's that should be possible, right?

Hey, thanks for any replies. I know alot of these have already been posted here. I just feel that I should have a strong double check before signing over my soul for a few years. Take care, my grammer and spelling are only going down hill from here, lol.
