dr.prius battery results

I just picked up a used prius with250k on the clock. I put in a new oem 12v battery in it this morning and ran the dr. Prius app. It looks like on the high voltage side one cell is lagging behind. This is a budget beater extra car and I would like to keep Costa low. Can I get away with replacing the single cell?

What are your thoughts overall on these results?
