driver door controls

hi all! i have a 2014 prius with ~60k miles on it. i'm having an issue with the window/door lock controls on the driver's side door that differs slightly from other posts on this forum. the problems i'm having are:

• only the driver's window can be controlled at all from the driver's door. the other three buttons are completely nonfunctional.
• the auto up/down on the driver's window does not work.
• the door lock button works ONLY when the car is off and the door is open. otherwise it doesn't work at all.
• the window lock button does not work at all.
• the green lights illuminating all of the window buttons on all of the doors flicker (not blinking, more like a candle flame).

the other three doors have completely working buttons aside from the illumination lights flickering. i did not replace the 12V battery recently. any idea what may be wrong and what steps i should take?
