If a gas pump is dispensing E10, does that fact have to be documented on the pump? I ask because most stations pumps have big stickers arround stating "E10: This gasoline may contain up to 10% Ethanol" or similar. However, none of the pumps at the Chevrons in the area contain such warnings (I've looked).

So, does this mean the Chevrons are not dispensing E10, and pumping regular gas instead? Or does this mean that the pumps at the chevrons just aren't labeled. (Located in MD if that matters).

I will confess to not having followed the state of E10 much since it started becoming commonplace some time ago.

    Thanks,
