I just passed 11,000 miles, and tried turning off my Hybrid display panel and drove normally for a couple of hundred miles.

When I turned the display back on, I noticed that the "Eco" in the little box at the top of the display is now not activated in any situation.

    Should I be concerned?

There is a setting to turn off the eco indicator. You do so using the buttons on the steering wheel in the settings menu, perhaps you turned it off in there.

Either you messed with the display settings, or you had the vehicle in "B" instead of "D."
