Engine oil for used Prius 2006

    Hi All Friends, I am new here for asking your advise for using oil engine type for used prius 2006, plz help to advise me what type of engine oil that i should use for my used Prius 2006 with mileage 135,608 miles. I am from Cambodia

    One of:
    • SAE 5W-30 Full Synthetic
    • API grade SL "Energy-conserving (or better)
    • ILSAC Multi-grade or "Energy-conserving GF-5 (or better) engine oil
    Oil in your country may have one or more of these certifications. If not you will have to ask your local Toyota Service Center.

    With a 14 year old high mileage car like that.......almost any "good" oil will be fine.
    And I think it is HOT where you are so something a little thicker probably would be good.
    10W30 or 15W40 maybe. A "high mileage" version if available.
