Yes, that is a code for a hybrid battery failure. 10+ years is about the time these batteries start to fail (the modules were probably produced in 2005).

You can replace the failed modules with known good ones, replace with a rebuilt (or used) battery, or get a new one. Each choice has its pro's and con's.

to do a decent rebuild, you need to read through some of the threads here. there is a lot of good info on how-to.

Today i pull up my hv battery out , and measure the cells each one alone , i found that each one is 7.9 - 7.8 volt , except one of them i found it 6.6 volt , i thougt that it was the damaged cell , so i replaced it with one from my old HV Battery which its measure was 7.2 volt , after that i turned the car on and drove it for 5 kilo meters , red triangular and check engine become light a gain , so whatvdo you think a bout ?

From what I remember reading, that one out of your old battery was not a close enough voltage match. A grid charger may or may not salvage the battery, but I suspect you'd need to start with a closer voltage match on the bad cell. And then there is the internal resistance to consider.

The problem solved by replacing one cell 6.5 volt by one of 7.2 volt

    Thanks alot for all.

Be sure the nuts on the modules are tightened to the correct specs.

And the high voltage cable nuts.

You don't want anything to come loose or start arcing.
