EV mode not available sometimes

    I didn't see anything in my search. Why is EV mode not available sometimes? i know for sure it isn't available when i start the car. But sometimes else it is not available. And I don't mean "excessive speed" or "low battery"

    i have tried to use it in other circumstances and I get the message EV mode is unavailable. This is after driving for some time.

    There is a thread on here where someone with a Scangauge has determined that EV mode is not available if your coolant temperature is below 67 degrees F.

    EV button mode is available when:
    HV system temperature is not very high
    HV system temperature is not very low
    ICE coolant temperature is above 20C (68F)
    SOC is above 50%
    Speed is below 40 kmh(25mph)
    Power demand from throthle pedal is below the limit
    Defrosting is off
    Tempomat is off

    Ahh got it. thanks guys. Is stealth mode as good as EV for low speeds?
