I bought my gen 2 with 180000 miles on it. After another 30k I had the brakes inspected and was told they’re fine. Had them inspected again at 250k. Told me they’re fine. It’s still stopping well with no noises or shaking at 260k. Is this normal?

I got 270K out of the front brakes... Your driving style, as well as regenerative braking that recharges the battery pack makes for brakes that last a really long time. Freeway drivers get the longest lifespan for their brakes and rural postal carriers get the shortest lifespan.

300K it's not unheard of at all . Especially staying within parameters of the vehicle absolutely
