Exhaust Manifold replacement

I've been trying to find a replacement for the exhaust manifold on my Prius. The only one that I've found that comes with a "ready to install" kit is an autozone aftermarket part. It says it fits, but it has an extra tube that I don't see on my Prius when I get underneath it. Does anyone have any idea if that part would actually work or if I'd need to find a different version?
