Extendmyseat and warranty issues

    I am planning to install "extend myseat" for my '06 Prius. It is a certified car and whether the installation of this will impact the 12k per year warranty as a certified vehicle or extended warranty bought to cover 125k/8years. Does this affect insurance cost?
