I listen to mp3 podcasts burned to a CD in my 2008 prius.
How do I Fast Foward or Rewind if I miss something or want to skip a few minutes?

You can hold down seek/track to do this.

Ah! It DOES work. I have to use the buttons on the radio. The ones on the steering wheel don't do it. Thanks so much!

For future reference, the buttons you have to push and hold are the ones on the MFD, jmiller29 said. The steering wheel buttons do not have the same functionality. I've circled the buttons in the attached image.

The "real" (as opposed to "virtual") button labeled "V SEEK-TRACK ^" near the volume control knob also works for this purpose.
