Finally, here is the proof that my drumset fits in the 2010 Prius.

I drove from Southwest IN to Maryville, TN to play with my "old" 1964 - 65 rock band at the Maryville College Homecoming. I finally took time to take the pics of how the drumset fits intp the Prius. Here they are. After posting this, my better 1/2 reminded me that we had 2 duffle bags, a suit bag, rain gear, 2 heavy coats, and props for the gig. It even left room on the floor behind us for a cooler and a box with snacks, thermos and 2 bottles of wine.

The back of your Prius looks so much tidier than the back of mine.

If you use a soft case for your bass drum, can put it in seat right behind driver's passenger from seat (rear seat up) and gain back rear view.

    Cool post though.

Sweet!! The benefits of a hatchback!

P.S. You can take the rear seatbelts out of the belt guide so they're not stretched like they are in the photos.

I got an actual 48.26 mpg, not the 51+ mpg the onboard computer estimated.
