So know I have alot questions
Turning off GPS when your done with it (but not at location).
Whats the point of speach button, whe I have to wait for the lady to stop talking?
    Calling out while driving?

Btw thanks to the officer who gave me a warning, drove it 2 miles at got pulled over for speeding (84 in a 70) I had NO IDEA it drove so smooth.

Also, is it strange that mine has 15" wheels or was the 17" a option. Seems to have EVERY else but the plug in.

17 inch wheels only come standard on trim level 5.

Going from 15 to 17 inch wheels will also drop your mpg, even with a low rolling resistance tire.

17's also standard on the Plus Performance Package. With good LRR tires the larger tires will drop the mpg's about 4 mpg. The acceleration is also a bit slower than a Prius with 15's but not enough to be worried when needing to pass or get hauling on an on-ramp.
