Well it is time for me to to the first 'scheduled' maintenance on my 'new' 2006 Prius.

    - Oil Change
    - PCV Valve
    - check belt
    - inflate tires

    Anything else ?

Refer to your owners manual and if you aren't sure that the last major service was actually done, do it.

One extra service to consider is a transmission fluid change. That has been covered in several thread with oil analysis to justify doing the first change at around 30k miles than later changes at about 60k intervals. Yours has likely never been changed.

PCV is a PITA. Change spark plugs, clean throttle body and MAF sensor while you are in there.

+1 on the transaxle fluid change. Do it regardless of mileage.
