Is anyone familiar with the max load the fog light circuit can handle? I'm looking to upgrade to LEDs and have my eye on this set on amazon:

Amazon.com: Genssi 2x 80W CREE White H16 5202 9009 High Power LED 12V Fog Light LED Lamp: Automotive

They're H16 bulbs so they should plug directly in, though the product description says they're a whopping 80W (each?). That seems absurdly high for LEDs, but what do I know?

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

That 80w figure is an equivalent. Like when they sell you an LED or CFL light bulb, a 60w incandescent equivalent bulb uses much less power.

Those so called 80w LEDs don't use 80w of power. They're probably in the 20w range.

Your foglight circuit, with a 10 amp fuse (can't remember the exact fuse rating), is fine.

Ive had these in for a week now and they look perfectly fine...no issues and match my factory hid's very well...i went with the 5000k's

H11/H8/H9 LED Bulb | H11 CREE LED Fog Light Bulb

In my 2012 the factory bulbs said H16's....i ordered numerous H16's and none of them looked like the factory H16...so i went with H11 which looked exactly like the H16 that was in there
