Fog light installation

    My prius 2016 S does not have any fog light installed. I've bought the original fog light from Toyota and tried to install it on my Prius 2016 S.
    The fog wiring cable was ready there so I've just plug the cable to my fog light connection point. After that I've seen that the lower 3 lights are working but the main big light is not working. My showroom tried to fix it but failed.
    Can anyone explain or help me why the big one is not working ? And how I can solve this problem ? Should I need to wire for this or I need to do something in my fuse box?
