Fog Light Replacement

The cut off is too close for me on the HID's, and the fog lights don't do much.

Not sure what you mean by close cutoff, but you are correct that the fogs are strictly decorative.

I want to either add driving lights that will fit somewhere, or replace the stock fog lights completely with PIAA or HELLA lights.

You might also look into getting a pair of HIR bulbs for the stock fogs, try that. Cheaper than HID, less fuss than whole new light. This link:

I would also like to be able to turn on the fog lights as DRL's. Anyone do anything like this?
