Found a set of Saris racks

Hey guys,

I just found a set of Saris racks on craigslist for $90. Is that a good price? It says that it is the Saris bike rack. I really need this to carry a canoe type boat on the roof. Is this what I need? I know the clips that come with it are probally not the type I need, where do I get the proper clips from? Which clips?
