Free ski lift tickets for hybrid owners this Friday

    Hybrid Owners Ski for Free Friday at Jiminy Peak

    Hancock, MA - Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort is offering a special at the ski area in western Massachusetts for hybrid car owners this Friday. Hybrid owners arriving at the resort before 10:30 a.m. this Friday will receive one free lift ticket just for driving a hybrid.

    Participants will receive their lift ticket in the parking lot from a Jiminy Peak staff member.

    Hybrid Day is in keeping with Jiminy’s "Forever Green" mission, to preserve the Earth for future generations. Jiminy Peak was the first ski and snowboard resort in North America to install a wind turbine to generate its own power.

    Even averaging 50+ mpg, I don't think its going to be cost effective for me to take advantage of this offer. Plus, I'm not sure if I can make it by Friday. :madgrin:
