Free validated parking!

    So family and I are road tripping to San Diego. It's packed in downtown San Diego as it's opening night for the Petco baseball stadium. Tired and spent, we finally get into the hotel validated parking at Kimpton's Hotel Solamar. It's $30 a day for parking, EXCEPT FOR HYBRIDS! CHA CHING!(free internet too)

    Really? Well, it's nice to see that the hotels in San Diego are supporting hybrids, even if the city isn't. No such thing as free metered parking for hybrids in San Diego.
