Fresh Air

    Is there a way to set air vents to get fresh air only without using the fan??

    Set the air conditioning to manual, outside air, and fan at the lowest setting. You will need the fan to get much air.

    I would do it in a different way (from my experience). Set temperature to the lowest possible level and then turn A/C completely off. If you do it without adjusting a temperature the incoming ait will still be warmed up.
