Front cup holder stuck

    My cell phone is stuck in the front cup holder, can anyone tell me how to remove the cup holder?

    Ha ha.
    Ok, now I'll help you... If you go to the link below, you'll find a PDF (2010 Toyota Prius package II Head Unit Upgrade (v2.0).pdf) which explains how to install a "head unit" in your car. Page 11 and 12 show how to remove the plastic which covers the cupholder. The cover over the cupholder will still be attached, but you'll be able to turn it upside down and hopefully shake the phone out.

    No tools required.

    You can try spraying WD-40 on the side of the cell phone or silicone spray and hopefully it'll give you enough lube to pull the cell phone out from the cup holder. The cup holder isn't a 2 piece unit, it's a 1 piece, so removing the plastic trim won't help get it out from the tight cup holder.
