2007 Prius with 8800 miles. I have recently noticed when going over a bump a light on the dash flashes which is the same light that comes on somtimes when the tires are spinning in snow last year. When I drive over a manhole cover type bump the light flashes. Anyone else ecperience this?

    thanks

Yup, every now & then. Traction control, I think? Also happens when it's rainy & I step on the brakes hard. First time it scared me - but from what I read here it's no big deal, just be ready for it.

Yeah it's the traction control thing, or as I like to call it, the "traction out-of-control." It can be a bit scary but usually it will kick right back off.
