Our dog ate our front passenger seat belt. Has anyone ever replaced this one in the 2004? We took it apart which seemed relatively easy, wondering what dealter cost will be for the seat belt assembly and if there is an alternative supplier for original equipment.

I personally would not risk an aftermarket seatbelt, if there even is one. The seat belt mechanism contains a powerful pyrotechnic retractor to take up the slack in the event of an accident. My Sequoia was hit in the side in an intersection by a driver that ran the light, causing a rollover. While in the spin cycle, the over-riding feeling that I had was one of being held rigidly in place. The airbags helped but I think the forcefully retracting seatbelt did the most to prevent injuries.
