2004 Prius Gen 2. Got Cylinder 1 misfire / replaced all 4 plugs and coilpack 1 / compression test good / heads good / traced it back to no injector pulse / injector 1

Took all ECU/ECM parts out of an existing wrecked prius including 5 ECU/ECM modules / key dock / key from the existing car / and ignition switch.

Key is recognized by the switch however the car will not turn over and seems to be stuck in the immobilzer? part

Is there a specific immobilizer module that we are missing?

We have replaced everything under the dash / one module over the steering column / two to the upper left / one over the glovebox and the whole gaggle of ecu stuff behind the glove box.

Any suggestions? What am i missing?

Engine ECM control's fuel injection duty cycle. Why are you shotgunning all the ecu's?

Gateway is probably jacked up. Can you hook an OBD to it and get codes? If not the Can is off line.

Risk of adding iatrogenic problems on top of the original ones goes way up when replacing a slew of parts just because they're there, without diagnostic justification....
