Was at a Tesla service center yesterday to get a few (very) minor things taken care of that I noticed after delivery. While they had it for a few hours they gave me a loaner. It was a Model S P90D. I had heard the stories, seen the videos, and overall believed the hype around the Performance Tesla's with Ludicrous mode, but none of that prepped me for how it really felt. I was truly blown away by the sheer launch power. It feels like nothing else. And this comes from a roller coaster-loving adventure seeker. It actually made me go a little fuzzy. Enough so that I wouldn't necessarily trust myself if I ever had a chance to launch a next gen Roadster when it comes out. Crazy that it also felt this fast when it was as old as it was and with a pretty low battery. Did two launches back to back and felt slightly nauseous afterwards. It was awesome. ;)
