gen 1 art car

    I saw this on the way home, parked in front of the people who have (or had) the Mondrian art car.

    Very cool.

    I can see cutting CDs in quarters, then glueing them on from back to front to make a sorta irridescent fish scale car.

    Nope. Overlapping them like fish scales. Someone already did this to their car. I saw a picture on UltimateChaos.com. It was for an online contest of sorts on uses for AOL CDs. Their car got third place. I think because they used the irridescent backs so they were no longer identifiable as AOL CDs.

    Devolution: a car devolving into a fish.

    I'll bet a Prius would look cool like this.

    I was thinking the same thing but shark skin would be tougher.

    haha, that fish car is cool.

    Your hood painting is amazing. Make sure to use pleanty of clear coat to protect it :)
