Gen 3 EBH vs in-line radiator heater

    What are the pros & cons of an engine block heater vs. an in-line radiator hose heater? It seems like the latter might be easier to install on a Gen 3, although heating uncirculating coolant may not do much for the block. I have no experience with either.
