Gen 4 2016 Prius headlight assembly removal

    Sorry if this is a repeat question.

    Need to replace the headlight housing on my daughter's 2016 Prius, right side. I have the replacement, just not sure if the bumper cover needs to come off.

    Could not find anything specific on Google about replacing a Gen 4 headlight assembly and minimal effort required.

    Thank you for any information regarding this effort.

    Start with the bumper removal first to narrow the scope of the full headlight replacement procedures.

    the front bumper is sold in both left and right halfs, but removal of only only one side might not be as easy as the full bumper removal, especially the first time. All depends on what directions make sense to you that you can find for free.
