    Note: Do not stop the video at the point, just 2 or 3 minutes in, where he seems to be finished. He continues on religion through the entire ten-minute clip.

    The whole thing is worth quoting. Have a look at it! He starts out slow but then he gets down to brass tacks and tells it like it is.

    We saw George here in West Palm Beach in December, 2006 live at the Kravis Center. He is 69, gained about 20 pounds, and told us he has been sober fpr 363 days. His show was good, but not as raspy as when he is on HBO. it seems that some of the Palm Beach socialites might not approve if he got too carried away. We love George carlin. He tells it like it is. I'm especially fond of his take on how stupid most people are in general, and how they believe whatever they see on the TV.

    BTW, HBO comedy channel has been showing the 2005 G. Carlin show.
