I will be removing the exterior door handles from my daughter's car. I suspect that there are going to be a couple of bolts that need to be removed from behind the door panel. My question is if I need to do more than that to remove the handles.
    Thanks,
    Jomo

Today I removed the door lock mechanism after removing the plug from it. In the access hole, where the plug goes, I saw and removed a screw. Now from what I see there are no other bolts/screws holding this on. I really don't like pulling on things.

Yeah I couldn’t find this earlier, flakey site doesn’t keep “my content “ current for iPhone. Anyway, another thought: if all fasteners are removed and item still won’t budge, there’s likely some locking tabs in behind. Try shifting it different directions, see if it gives a little.
